Not played since school? Do your children play and you fancy having a go? Have you never tried hockey but like getting out in the fresh air and having a bit of fun?

Come along and give hockey a go.

Back to Hockey is a national program lead by England Hockey and run by local clubs, we are proud to be involved.

Open to EVERYONE over 16 (did you know that there is an England over 70s hockey team!)

Back to Hockey sessions are fun, informal and aimed at people who haven't played hockey in a while or who are looking to play for the first time. You will be re-introduced to the game with a mix of skills, exercises and small sided game play. It will be a friendly and relaxed environment with no pressure to perform.

Apparently eating cake is the obvious conclusion to a Back to Hockey session...

Great feedback from Helen:

"Positives - Fantastic people, welcoming inclusive, friendly, helpful. Have absolutely loved the sessions, was good for me to be able to start again at low intensity/no pressure. No pushy coach or doing too much too quickly for unfit person.

Negative (only thing I can think of) - would have loved more sessions over longer period. Will be a long time til September.

Thank you for all your help,"
