Renewing Membership & Becoming a New Member
Existing Members
Welcome back! Each season the club will issue out a membership renewal offer, please follow the instructions on the email you receive.
Your details can be updated at any time via the My Profile section when logged into the members site.
Please help the captains and coaches with selection by ensuring you keep your availability up to date, My Match Availability.
All consents are reconfirmed as part of accepting the membership renewal. These are 1. Participation & Medical and 2. Filming/Video/Photography for all members. For U18 there is an additional consent for 3. Transportation Consent.
This is to be completed by the parent/guardian on behalf of the player if the player is U18.
New Members
Welcome to Warwick Hockey Club!
We are very pleased to offer new senior members a choice between two fantastic offers as a player joining the senior section of the Club for the 2024/25 winter season. As a new player you can choose from EITHER a discount of 25% off your membership fee OR a Kit Bundle (varies depending on your membership category) for your first season as a senior member. These offers are available for those joining the club within the first half of the season.
Kit Bundle
This offer is for new players who have chosen the Combined Subscription Full Payment Upfront option only. The kit offer is not available against the Standing Order or Subscription & Match Fee payment options.
The kit bundles vary depending on your membership category:
- Senior and Student members, Home & Away playing shirts, Home & Away socks and playing skort/shorts
- U18 senior members, Home & Away playing shirts and Home & Away socks
Please speak to the membership secretary first to ensure you are eligible for this offer and to explain the next steps. Please note you need to receive a shirt number from the kit secretary before ordering the kit, numbers cannot be added afterwards. This will all be explained as part of the steps when you reach out to Bex.
Membership Discount
The discount will be based on the payment you make and is available against the Combined Subscription Full Payment Upfront option only. The discount is not available against the Standing Order or Un-combined payment options (or match fees themselves).
